About Us
Following the closure of the Tourism unit of Eastleigh Borough Council in 2006, the fully trained guides decided to form an independent association to continue offering public guided walks. These walks add interest in the extensive heritage of the Borough for both local people and visitors. Various Parish Councils, Local Area Committees and Botley Market Town Initiative generously provided grants to help with set up costs in our first two years.
It is now run completely by volunteers. In additional to the walks listed on the main page of our website all of our public walks can be booked by private groups for evening or afternoon walks or tours.
